We design transformative leadership journeys for social changemakers

We are a global community of peacebuilders, facilitators and trainers.

We collaborate with local and international organisations that are committed to fostering humanistic leaders towards a better world.

Our Approach

The Peace Collective is committed to enable leadership for peace. Moving beyond quick-fixes, our leadership programmes focus on long-term mindset shifts and actions participants can take to positively influence cultures at their workplaces, communities and families.

Our programmes are curated based on participants’ needs and context. Rooted in peace education and human rights education methodologies, our programmes are participatory, reflective and offer safe and caring spaces.

What our participants are saying

It was great to be part of the extended workshop that Mansi and Bhargavi put together for us. It was simple and direct in its objectives and avoided complicated jargon for the most part. Considering that the programme itself was spread over several weeks, they did a fantastic job of keeping the message and the participants' interest together. They both come across as extremely pleasant people and are easy to work with.

All in all it was a very fruitful program which I have been a part of. I loved the way activities, sessions and interactions were arranged by the facilitators for us. I can now say that my way of thinking about certain things has changed in an optimistic way. Having to be a part of such programs on opportunities like this makes me feel really confident and bustling inside.

Mansi was engaging and made the whole experience inclusive and enjoyable. There was always something to think about and we all worked together despite our differences.

I really enjoyed this workshop. It's the first of its kind I've taken and it was a wonderful introduction to practising compassion to self and in a professional setting. I learnt a lot about myself from the exercises and reflective questions we were encouraged to engage with. By the end of the four sessions I had a number of great tools and resources to take away and practice in daily life.

This workshop is an amazing opportunity to allow yourself the time and space to learn how to be kinder to yourself and foster an environment that lets you grow. Exchanging thoughts and feelings on self-compassion with the trainers and other learners was enriching and fun, and I will carry my learnings with me for a long time.

War is not inherent in human beings. We learn war and we learn peace. The culture of peace is something which is learned, just as violence is learned and war culture is learned.
