  • Creative Tools and Reflections: Discover innovative tools and practices that will enhance your leadership journey while you apply them in your professional and personal life.
  • Hands-On Learning: Put your insights into practice to strengthen your self-care muscles, going beyond theory. Connect with peers for meaningful support and growth.
  • Individualised Coaching: After the 5-week group programme, one-on-one coaching for team leaders helps you as you put your learnings into action.
